Learn how to prepare scrumptious and simple meals with fresh, alive, spring produce that we have waited all winter to eat! This class includes information on the energy of dark, leafy greens and how they help to support our liver health, as well as provide life energy to help us feel vital. Menu includes: Garlicky Greens, Quick Sauteed Spinach and Arugula with Garlic and Lime, Kale Salad. If you are watching your health, weight or just wanting to make some simple changes toward a plant-based lifestyle, this class will get you closer to your goal.
